Weekend Distraction #1

This weekend we had two main distractions from wedding planning. The first distraction was that we were FINALLY to the stage where we could mud and tape the basement. We hired two professionals to do this, since Kylie and I greatly lack the proper skills and tools for the job.

It was very exciting to get to this point since Kylie's family has been working on the basement for years (and I have been helping for the entire 18 months that Kylie and I have been together).

So savor the picture...a lot of work has gone into this basement to get it this far. (We are hoping the rest is downhill...)
